REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The deadline for registration is 1 week before the start of the course. After this date registration will be accepted if possible. In the case
of late registration, it will be preferable to call us and check that places still available and that the course is taking place
Registration may be sent by E-mail, fax or post to CFAFG

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Registration fees include lunches for the duration of the course
Registration fees do not include:
- breakfast
- dinners
- accommodation
- travelling expenses at the start and the end of the training course (except during the training course)
- overnight stays

PAYMENT
A confirmation of your reservation and invoice will be sent on receipt of your completed registration form
Payment must be made on receipt of the invoice sent by CFAFG, 3 weeks prior to the course
Payment may be made by :

or cheque made to the order of CFAFG and sent to:

CONFIRMATION AND JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
On receipt of full payment, written confirmation of your registration will be sent by CFAFG
Practical information concerning the course programme, schedule, access, will be enclosed to the confirmation set out above

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions can be made at any time before the beginning of the course without extra charge

CANCELLATIONS
Between 20 days and 10 days prior to the course an 50% of the fee will be payable
Less than 10 days prior to the course 85 % of the fee will be payable
The day of the start module 100%

All substitution and cancellation requests must be made in writing

NB : Circumstances beyond our control may lead to a modification of programmes, speakers, venues, etc. In the event of a course cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided, payments received in respect of the course will be refunded in full. We shall endeavour to give maximum notice; however, the CFAFG shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the delegate or their employers
